Still haven’t heard back from your counterparty regarding your request? Send reminders to them and nudge them to provide you with the needed information.
| ℹ️Reminders won’t be sent to counterparties which already have provided you with all answers and therefore don’t require further attention from them. |
1. Go to the request of interest
2. Mark who should receive the reminders by marking the checkbox(es) next to the counterparty name(s).

3. Click on Send reminder
Send a reminder
4. Optional: Add a comment to the reminder to all recipients.
5. Counterparty(ies) will receive a new email with an access link to complete their request(s).
