1. Go to a request of the counterparty of interest or go to the counterparty profile
2. Under the risk score container, click on +Add
Add a risk score directly from a request
3. Add one or multiple risk factors (e.g., Adverse Media, Sanctions, PEP, etc.) and an explanation as well as supporting documentation. Also add an overall risk conclusion (low - medium - high) which will be used to later identify the risk potential of the counterparty in the overview
