Simple ownership and control structure with direct ownership and one owner

In this case, one individual is 100% the owner of the entity.

This is how you create the ownership and control structure

1. You connect the individual directly to a company/entity with the relevant ownership and voting. rights.
   
2. In the officer overview, you can see the relation to the entity and also the relevant roles in the entity.
   
3. In the UBO tab (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership), you can see all officers defined as UBO.
   The reason for UBO status, in this case, is the direct ownership and direct voting rights.
