Generate a Questionnaire from Email
Go to the Cases Section under Responder
Navigate to the relevant caseForward or CC the Email in the Email Section of the Case
Each case has a unique email address. Forward or CC the relevant inbound KYC email to this address.
➤ The forwarded message and any attachments will appear in the case automatically.Open the Email Inside the Case
Click on the email to view its contents and verify it has been received correctly.Click “Generate Questionnaire”

Rephrase questions
Remove or adjust any AI-generated fields as needed

Generate a Questionnaire from Text
If you don’t have an email or prefer to work directly from raw text:
Go to the Questionnaires tab
Click Generate Questionnaire
Paste the email or text content
Follow the same steps to review, edit, and complete the form
