Avallone’s PDF-filler for questionnaires allows you to upload an original pdf (editable and interactive) where it will process the questionnaire within minutes. This elimintes the digitization process that takes 24-48 hours. This feature requires AI enabled on the platform and currently does not support normals PDFs and/or scans.

Adding an Original PDF to Questionnaires
Go to the Cases Section under Responder
Navigate to the relevant caseQuestionnaires
Click on questionnaires. On the right underneath "Answer questionnaires- Keep original PDF format," drag and drop or upload the file. It will appear to the left stating that is is processing and will take a few minutes.Open the Questionnaire
The questionnaire will be labeled as original PDF. The left side displays the original PDF and the right side displays the Avallone format.Fill out the Questionnaire
Begin filling out the questionnaire on either side. They are synced so once you input information on either the orginal PDF or Avallone format, it will automatically sycn wth the other. You can also click on suggest answers to allow AI to fill out the fields for you to review.-
Complete the Questionnaire
Once the questionnaire is complete, click on complete in the top right corner. You can now request a signature if needed.
