Introduction
The Bulk Upload Template for Collector allows you to submit large volumes of KYC data quickly and accurately using a structured spreadsheet.
Instead of entering data manually, you can populate the template with information about:
- Legal entities (companies or organizations)
- Individuals
- Relations between them
Once completed, the file can be uploaded directly to the platform for processing by your Customer Success Manager.
Why This Is Important
Providing complete and accurate data upfront helps:
- Speed up onboarding and review processes
- Reduce back-and-forth requests for missing information
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Accurately represent ownership and control structures
Incomplete or incorrectly formatted uploads will result in delays.
Template Overview
Below is an overview of the template structure:
The template includes:
- Legal Entities
- Individuals
- Legal Entity Relations
- Individual Relations
- Dropdowns (reference data)
Understanding Mandatory vs Optional Fields
The template includes both mandatory and optional fields.
Mandatory Fields
Mandatory fields must be completed for each record. These are essential for:
- Identifying entities or individuals
- Establishing relationships
- Meeting compliance requirements
If mandatory fields are missing, the upload will fail validation.
Optional Fields
Optional fields provide additional context but are not required for submission.
However, including optional data is strongly recommended where available, as it:
- Improves data quality
- Reduces follow-up requests
- Supports faster verification
How to Identify Required Fields
Refer to the Introduction sheet in the template, which outlines:
- Which fields are required/mandatory
- Accepted formats
- Field descriptions
