Inside a Case, you can collaborate with different team members by creating tasks, or make sure to track your progress by creating a checklist for yourself.
Inside a Case, click on Tasks in the top menu to open the Task Manager.
Enter and manage tasks in the right-hand menu.
Tasks can be assigned to others who will receive email notifications about the task, including deadlines.
Tasks can be about the Case in general, or specific sections of a questionnaire that need to be completed. Simply specify in your message what question your task relates to.
