What the Exports tab is
The Exports tab lets you download structured data from KYC Responder for internal review, reporting, reconciliation, and data cleanup.
Exports from this tab are downloaded as CSV files, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.
What you can export in KYC Responder
The exact export options may vary over time, but current examples include:
Company - Standard Information
Download core company profile information in a structured format.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review company master data
- Reconcile company records
- Use company information for internal reporting or cleanup
Company - Custom Information
Download custom company fields configured for your tenant.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review customer-specific company fields
- Report on custom data points
- Check that internal company fields are complete and consistent
Company - Direct Parent Relations
Download direct parent relationship data for companies.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review immediate parent relationships
- Check ownership or control mapping at parent level
- Work with direct parent relationship data outside the platform
Company - Direct Subsidiary Relations
Download direct subsidiary relationship data for companies.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review immediate subsidiary relationships
- Check ownership or control mapping at subsidiary level
- Work with direct subsidiary relationship data outside the platform
Officer - Standard Information
Download core officer profile information in a structured format.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review officer master data
- Reconcile officer records
- Use officer information for internal reporting or cleanup
Packages - Download Information (Excludes generated links)
Download package download information, excluding generated links.
This is useful when you want to:
- Review package download activity
- Support audit or internal tracking needs
- Understand how package downloads have been used over time
Activities tab
Alongside the data exports, the Activities tab helps you review export activity history, including what has been exported and when.
Best practice
As a simple rule:
- Use standard information exports for core profile data
- Use custom information exports for tenant-specific fields
- Use relations exports when you need ownership or structure data
- Use package download information when you need tracking or audit support
