Important to know
Before you start, keep these points in mind:
- Bulk changes are best made in a view
- Bulk changes affect only the current view
- They do not change the underlying company, officer, or relation data
- Bulk changes can be reflected in exports and shares from that view
- If you make a mistake, you can use undo to reverse recent changes
How to open Bulk
- Open the relevant company and go to Legal entity structure
- Open the view you want to work in
- Enter Edit mode

Show or hide officers
If you want a cleaner structure focused on companies only, you can hide officers in the current view.
This can be helpful when:
- the structure is too crowded
- officer details are not relevant for the audience
- you want a simpler export for presentations or external sharing
To do this:
- Open Bulk
- Find the officer visibility option
- Turn it off to hide officers, or turn it back on to show them again
Show or hide companies by country
Bulk can also help you simplify a structure by country of incorporation.
For example, you may want to:
- focus only on one jurisdiction
- hide holding companies from a specific country
- prepare a country-specific export
- remove countries that are not relevant for the audience
To do this:
- Open Bulk
- Find the country section
- Turn off the countries you do not want to show in the current view
All matching companies in that country will be hidden in that view.
Best practice
For the best results:
- create a dedicated view before making audience-specific changes
- use Bulk first for larger clean-up
