The Details tool helps you simplify the visual information shown in a legal entity structure.
You can use it to:
- reduce visual noise on the structure
- hide details that are not relevant for a specific audience

Important to know
Before you start, keep these points in mind:
- It is best to use Details in a dedicated view
- Changes affect only the current view
- They do not change the underlying company, officer, or relation data
- The details shown in the current view can also be reflected in exports and shares
- If needed, you can use undo to reverse recent changes during your session
How to open Details
- Open the relevant company and go to Legal entity structure
- Open the view you want to work in
- Enter Edit mode
Open the Details tool from the side menu
The Details tool lets you decide which card details should be visible in that view.
What you can do with Details

Show or hide flags
If you want a cleaner structure, you can hide flags on company or officer cards.
This can be useful when:
- country flags are not relevant for the audience
- you want a simpler visual structure
- you are preparing a presentation or external export
To do this:
- Open Details
- Find the flag visibility option
- Turn it off to hide flags, or turn it back on to show them again
Show or hide officer date of birth
If officer date of birth is not needed in the structure view, you can hide it.
This can help when:
- you want a less crowded structure
- you are preparing a view for a wider audience
- you want to limit visible personal information in the chart itself
To do this:
- Open Details
- Find the officer date of birth visibility option
- Turn it off to hide it, or turn it back on to show it again
