Manage global documents directly in Responder and reuse them across multiple packages without needing to upload the same document to each individual company profile.
This feature is especially useful for customers with:
Large or complex corporate structures
Centralized AML or compliance documentation
Extensive use of Avallone as a Legal Entity Management (LEM) system
What Are Global Documents?
Global documents are documents that apply to your entire organization rather than a single legal entity.
Common examples include:
AML policies
KYC policies
Sanctions policies
Organization charts
Corporate governance documents
Group-level compliance frameworks
Instead of uploading these documents separately to each company, you can now store them once and reuse them whenever needed.
How It Works
Upload your global document in Responder.
When creating a package (for a Case, Officer, or Company), select the document from your central repository.
Include it in the package as needed.
The document does not need to be re-uploaded or duplicated across entities.
Where You Can Use These Documents
Global documents can be included in:
Cases
Company packages
Officer packages
This gives you full flexibility while keeping documentation centralized and consistent.
Why This Matters
This feature helps you:
Avoid repetitive uploads
Maintain version control of key compliance documents
Ensure consistency across all KYC packages
Save time when managing large entity structures
Simplify processes for recurring counterparty requests
Best Practice
We recommend storing all group-level compliance documents centrally and updating them there when changes occur. This ensures that future packages always reflect the most up-to-date version.
