The Address Book gives your team a single, shared place to store and manage emails you work with regularly, so you don’t have to re-enter the same details every time you would like to share a package.
What is the Address Book?
The Address Book is a centralized list of emails that your organization can save for reuse and inserted directly into a KYC package. Adding tags helps you to group your recipients especially in cases where you have large packages to share.
It helps you:
- Build packages faster by selecting saved entries
- Reduce manual input and copy/paste errors
- Improve consistency across packages and teams
- Avoid duplicates by reusing existing counterparties
How to use the Address Book
Open Packages under the Responder module and click on "Address Book."
Here you can use the search bar to find an email. To create a new entry and add to the list, enter an email address and add tag to organize the contacts and filter the list. Once done, click on add.
How to use when Sharing a Package
When you share a package via email, start entering in the email or the tag and the list of recipients will appear. Select the tag which will auto populate all email addresses in the group and either choose who to send the package to or continue with sharing.
